Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics firm continues to grow with the addition of D. Lesesne Phillips and J. Alex Timmons to their Greenville, South Carolina office in recent months.

“Alex and Lesesne are great lawyers and will bring value to the work we do for our clients,” said partner Rob Moseley.

A partner with the firm, Timmons represents motor carriers, drivers and logistics providers in personal injury, property damage, and complex litigation. He regularly defends clients against tort and contractual claims, including personal injury. He also handles insurance coverage and contract disputes. Timmons has tried more than 25 cases to verdict across South Carolina.

Phillips works with clients on transportation related business matters, including contracts, commercial litigation, and regulatory issues. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Loren A. Smith, Judge on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Moseley and partner Fredric Marcinak launched their transportation and logistics law firm in April 2019 and have grown the firm to nine lawyers licensed in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, with additional expansion expected.

Greenville, SC. (July 18, 2019) –Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP, a nationally recognized transportation and logistics firm continues to expand with the addition of three attorneys; Tom Chase, Wilson Jackson and Mary Grace Carey.

Chase, a partner with the firm, is an experienced trial lawyer representing motor carriers, logistics providers and insurance companies in civil litigation. With 20+ years of litigation experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts, he advises transportation clients on catastrophic injury and fatality matters, property damage, and other insurance coverage cases. 

Jackson assists clients in transportation related litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, 

he worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Michael G. Nettles, Resident Judge and Chief Administrative Judge of Common Pleas for South Carolina’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit and then as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable D. Garrison Hill of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

Carey assists clients in transportation related litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Edward W. Miller, 13th Judicial Circuit in Greenville, South Carolina.

Moseley Marcinak Law Group LLP (MMLG) announces the addition of attorneys Blair Cash, Megan Early-Soppa and Robert “Rocky” Rogers to the firm.

Cash, a partner with the firm, works in the Kennesaw, Georgia office where his practice focuses on commercial and common carrier liability and automobile liability including wrongful death cases. Cash represents clients in all phases of litigation in all Georgia state and federal courts.

Early-Soppa focuses her practice on helping companies in the transportation industry grow and protect their business by minimizing risk and improving business operations.

Rogers represents clients in the commercial motor vehicle industry. He provides guidance on commercial litigation matters, regulatory compliance and permitting matters, cargo/freight claims, collections/contract disputes, and insurance coverage cases.
