Martin Cain assists clients in a variety of transportation litigation matters . Prior to joining the firm, Martin served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Cordell Maddox, Jr., Chief Administrative Judge of South Carolina’s Tenth Judicial Circuit. While in law school, Martin served as an Assistant Articles Editor on the Journal of Law and Education, as a tutor to first-year civil procedure students, as a student member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court, and as a student practitioner in the Veterans Legal Clinic.
